The indicator is one of the modifications of the popular Bill William’s instrument. A two-tone histogram reflects the bearish and bullish sentiments of the market. Filter_AO belongs to the oscillators’ family, so it is best used in the flat market. It is usually used with other indicators and allows to filter out false signals.
