SL_to_Bar_ENG - Indicator for MetaTrader 4

Upgraded indicator SL_to_Bar. It is developed to set a stop-loss at a distance of one minimal deviation of the price, starting from the second bar to the left of the current one. At the same time, indicators are calculated on the time period of a higher level basis.
