PipsingV2_Setup - Script for MetaTrader 4

The script is used in conjunction with the PipsingV2_BUY and PipsingV2_SELL scripts. It adjusts the parameters, and the scripts calculate orders depending on the settings and send them for execution.

This version of the script almost does not differ from the first version. PipsingV2_Setup contains fixed bugs that were not taken into account earlier. It is noteworthy that in the second version all global variables begin with "_P".
