How to install a script?

Scripts are programs specially developed for the MetaTrader4 platform and intended to perform a single action. Its primary purpose is to simplify the operations that traders usually do.  After every execution, it will be deleted. The second run of a script will perform a new similar operation. Scripts are used to automate some actions that a trader uses in his trading activities and performs them all manually, which can sometimes take quite a long time. Accordingly, a script can do simple monotonous tasks for you. Using the script, for example, you can delete all open orders or set several pending orders at the same time.

You can run the script very quickly. The MetaTrader4 trading platform installed on your device offers several standard scripts to open the order and delete the items. You will find them in the Scripts section of the Navigator window. Follow the simple installation instructions:

1. Click the "+" button, and a list of available algorithms will appear on the screen. To run, you need to drag the desired script to the graph or just click on it with the mouse twice.
2. A window with confirmation of script activation will appear with a suggestion to attach the script to the schedule. You need to agree to the installation (click "Yes.")
3. After executing its function, the script will automatically be deleted from the graph. If you need to stop work immediately, just click anywhere on the chart with the right mouse button and select "Delete Script."
