QQE Alert v3 - Indicator for MetaTrader 4

This is a modified version of the QQE indicator, which allows configuring the sound alerts. The indicators are formed based on the algorithm of smoothed RSI indicators. Usually the alerts are set at the intersection with the level of 50, which indicates a trend changing.
