Japan agrees with the Russian Federation about the joint management of the disputed territories

Today, the Japanese journal Nikkei published an article about Japan's intentions with the Russian Federation with regard to joint management of the disputed territories. On December, 15 will held talks, during which Abe hopes to persuade Russian President Vladimir Putin that this form of government would be effective. Disputed territories management problem remains unresolved already for  the last seventy years.
