modify - Script for MetaTrader 4

This indicator was created according to A. Elder and is a pulse system for MetaTrader4. It draws three types of lines for the histogram:

1. Red - a ban to buy. There is a possibility of fixing profits;
2. Green - a ban to sell. There is a possibility of fixing profits.
3. Blue (gray) - no prohibition.
