Private investors can not purchase shares of Lloyds

Today, the UK government announced that the sale of part of the Lloyds Banking Group shares would continue. But while individuals can not become buyers of these shares. The sale will take place for the next twelve months. For sale will be developed a special trading plan. It became known thanks to Philip Hammond, who is the Finance Minister of Great Britain. Number of shares would be sold is for 2 billion pounds.
